Everton shatter club transfer record as £28m striker Lukaku seals five-year deal after leaving Chelsea

                        Lukaku                                                                                                                                                                               Everton have smashed their transfer record by completing the signing of forward Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea for £28million. The Belgium striker spent last season on loan at the Toffees, scoring 15 Premier League goals, and he has now moved to Goodison Park on a permanent basis.
